I accept private pay clients, as well as clients who have Quest Behavioral Health as their insurance provider.
All private pay clients are provided a monthly statement of services billed, which may be submitted to your insurance provider for partial reimbursement of therapy fees.
Reimbursement rates vary by insurance company and plan. Please check with your individual insurance carrier regarding reimbursement for out-of-network providers.

Please know that I reserve your scheduled appointment time specifically for you.
You are financially responsible for missed appointments or appointments that are not canceled with at least 24 hours notice. If I have availability, I will always try to accommodate rescheduling your appointment.
Please note that this cancellation policy applies to all clients, including those with Quest Behavioral Health Insurance. While I am unable to bill your insurance provider for missed sessions, I am permitted to bill you directly for missed sessions.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost over the course of one (1) year.
Under new law (2022), healthcare providers are required to provide an estimate of the cost of one (1) year of services to patients who either do not have insurance or who are not using insurance.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.
While you will be offered a Good Faith Estimate at the start of treatment, you may request a Good Faith Estimate at any time during the course of your care.
If you receive an invoice that is at least $400 greater than is outlined in your Good Faith Estimate, you are permitted to dispute the invoice.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
